About Marc Ciagne

President & CEO of Blink Research

Blink Research CEO and Founder Marc Ciagne has been designing and managing Mystery Shopping and other customer experience and employee performance programs for a diverse set of clients since 2004.

Formerly the Managing Director of Person to Person Quality, Marc formed Blink Research in 2016. Prior to joining Person to Person Quality, Marc served as the Research Manager for Washington, D.C.based Consumers’ Checkbook Magazine, published by the Center for the Study of Services. Prior to that, he was a Business Product Manager for America Online.

As a Michigan native and a longtime resident of Washington, D.C., Marc has a special affinity for helping clients based in his native state and adopted hometown thrive and prosper.

Marc has an MBA from the Smith School of Business at the University of Maryland, and a BA from the University of Michigan.
