Blink Research is passionate about helping organizations listen to their customers, improve employee training, and accomplish their goals.
We specialize in designing and managing Mystery Shopping programs that take the mystery out of what is really happening on the front lines of your business. We complement those Mystery Shopping programs with additional insights gained from Social Media Analytics, Competitive Intelligence, and Custom Market Research programs. The result is a 360 degree view of the strengths and weaknesses in your customer experience that helps you improve your business, and your bottom line.
Blink Research uses its national network of independent evaluators to collect two vital pieces of intelligence about your business: 1) The things you want to know about the customer experience; and 2) The things your customers want you to know about their experience, but which you didn’t think to ask, or weren’t there to see for yourself.
Blink Research’s approach works for businesses and organizations in all sectors. We have designed and managed programs for clients big and small – from large organizations like AARP Services, State Farm and Porsche N.A., to regional restaurant groups, retailers, banks and auto dealer groups.
